Civic boosters have long noted parallels suggesting that Seneca Falls, N.Y., inspired Bedford Falls, the make-believe mill town in the film It's a Wonderful Life. The musings are finally embodied in a "museum" that showcases the Christmas classic by director Frank Capra. Cutting the ribbon yesterday at the grand opening was former actress Karolyn Grimes, who played daughter Zuzu in the 1946 drama.
