A Christmas Carol (2009) starring Jim Carrey and produced by Walt Disney is the 2009 Christmas Movie of the year. This new adaptation of the story written by Charles Dickens lives on for a whole new generation. Playing multiple roles in this movie, Jim Carrey was a prefect fit for this movie, with his main role as Ebenezer Scrooge, but also the ghosts of Christmas Past and Future.
Scrooge is haunted by ghosts who show him the error of his ways and how his life and others would be impacted by his greed and contempt for christmas with his famous, "Bah! Humbug!". By Christmas day Scrooge learns from his experience on Christmas eve that he does not want what was shown to be in his future to come true and through generosity does his best to change his ways and bring Christmas joy to the Cratchitt family, his brother's family, and others.
