VIRGINIA BEACH 'Tis again that special time of year When lights on roofs spread Christmas cheer. But someone's played an awful trick Stealing snowmen, a Homer and jolly Saint Nick. The decorations, some plastic, some filled with air, Were swiped from their yards with nary a care. The snowmen went missing from Rose Petal Drive From Kenny Wise's display about Nov. 25.
